!NEWS FLASH! GOD IS GREAT! GOD IS SOVEREIGN! GOD IS GRACIOUS!

This past weekend Brad and I packed seven high school guys, food for three days, luggage, and skateboards in to two cars and headed south to the second annual MAN CAMP. Our goal - to drench ourselves in Biblical testosterone. We hiked, we wrestled, we worked, we ate meat, we inflicted bodily harm on each other with painballs (umm... i mean paintballs). But we also studied what the Word of God had to saw about being a man of God. This year we took our lessons from the life of David. God worked powerfully in the hearts of the youth as well as the leaders, bring conviction and renewing commitment to loving God and others with all of our lives. I dont have the time to tell you more at the moment (those three days of no homework are coming back to haunt me now) but please join me in giving thanks to the Lord his gracious soveriengty over this weekend.
